Since July 7, the solution OpenSource e-commerce Magento offers an API to access the content of shops Magento. This API supports SOAP and XML RPC and provides access directly to customers, orders and product catalog of a Magento site.

This API is interesting to integrate Magento with all third-party applications in business and who must interact with a site ecommerce (ERP, CRM, Logistics, etc. ..)
This API will also develop an interface for a site e-commerce or Full Flex to develop a BackOffice Flex for Magento.

I suggested in a press review on my blog. Api ads that actually pretty things for the devs flex.
Magento that especially with large gaps in the display pages. An estuary could solve this problem ...

The API documentation does not seem to mention what a new order, and the examples given in this documentation are all an ID command entered without showing how to create it.
If this is indeed the case, there is still an obstacle to creating a Flex interface to actually buy things ...

For info we are Flex components Magento forehead;) ... there is a recovery of some components of our solution e-commerce (http://frontoffice.matsiya.eu/FrontOffice.html) ... however, the distribution model n is not stopped ... case to follow.
