According to this blog, Flash will be supported by the iPhone. It remains to be seen what version of Flash will be supported on the phone (FlashLite or full Flash Player), but keep in mind that the iPhone uses a simplified version of Mac OS X.

For me, it means that the player will be Flash Player 9, which would allow Adobe Flex applications to be usable on the iPhone ... I'm sure the iPhone and Flex may well agree!
